Kopi Luwak is a famous type of coffee, obtained by using coffee beans that have been eaten by Asian palm civets (hence, collected in their droppings) before being cleaned and roasted. It is said that being digested by the civet enhances its taste, and has acquired the reputation of being one of the best coffees in the world, as well as being rare and expensive.
