This is my trick to making super quick and easy cold foam for drinks. Cold foam is a fluffy topping for iced drinks. It’s basically pourable whipped cream but way lighter. My secret is to use half & half and a handheld milk frother. Put half & half and sugar or vanilla syrup into a wide-mouth container and whisk using the frother until it gets nice and fluffy. This took 15 seconds. Half & half is half heavy cream and half milk. The heavy cream thickens and the milk makes it pourable. Pour it on

☁️Cold Foam at Home ☁️ 3 tablespoons of cold whipping cream 2 tablespoons of cold 2% milk 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup (I used skinny syrup) I bought a 3-n-1 frother a couple of years ago to make cold foam and to heat milk for hot chocolate. It works great, but absolutely not necessary. You can shake it in a mason jar or use one the battery powered hand frothers.
