Pecan pie has got to be the easiest pie on the planet! And so good too!Here’s the recipe I used…Pecan Pie - 1 cup dark Caro syrup, 2/3 cup sugar, 3 T butter, melted, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup rum (optional), 1 t. Vanilla, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup pecan halves, Frozen crust, thawed (we used gluten free). Whisk together first 6 ingredients. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into crust. Top with pecan halves placed decoratively. Bake at 325 for 45 min. Cool and serve. #pecanpie #recipe #thanksgiving #christmas #
