You haven’t truly lived until you’ve had a warm concha straight out of the oven 😮‍💨✨ Soft, buttery, with that sweet crunchy topping… it’s everything. And yes, homemade tastes 100x better. I made a small batch (15 😅) and they vanished in less than two days—worth every minute. Ingredients: 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (plus more if needed) 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast ½ cup 3 tsp granulated sugar Salt Cinnamon (optional but delicious) ¾ cup warm milk (100–110°F) 2 large eggs, room temp Mexican vani
