I have been able to install the Keras.NET nuget package, guided by runtime exceptions I also installed Python 3.8.10 (which is the last 3.8.x version that comes with a installer) added python to PATH.

I installed version 2.11 of tensorflow and 0.3.1 of tensorflow quantum (I see the current version of the repository is already 0.7, so I'm also not sure why I get 0.3 when running pip install). Should ...
