Restaurant & Hospitality Investment Group is making another move in Jacksonville Beach, placing its second Alder & Oak location right next to another restaurant in an expansive portfolio.

The increased settlement amount comes as demolition on three halls in the complex officially begins, with much of the demolition slated to wrap by the end of the year.
