Police on Long Island arrested a man who allegedly had several "ghost guns," and accused him of building a shooting range in the basement of his home, which is next door to a school.

Wen-Lone Chou is facing weapons charges, after authorities say they found a ghost gun, assault weapons and gun parts in his home.
